UNICORE members from UPB and NEC, in collaboration with University of Manchester, have submitted at the Hot OS 2021 the paper “FlexOS: Making OS Isolation Flexible”. Hugo Lefeuvre, from University of Manchester, will be the one presenting the paper on June 2nd at 11.20 am.
The 2021 HotOS will mark the 18th annual meeting of this flagship conference, on June 1-3, 2021. After evaluating the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the decision has been made to transform the HotOS 2021 conference into an all-digital conference experience. Make sure you take a look at the program to see what the HotOS 2021 has to offer.
On the presentation “FlexOS: Making OS Isolation Flexible”, Lefeuvre will present FlexOS, a novel, modular OS design whose com- partmentalization and protection profile can seamlessly be tailored towards a specific application or use-case at build time. He will show how FlexOS offers a language to describe components’ security needs/behavior, and to automatically derive from it a compartmentalization strategy.
You can still register and enjoy the conference!
